Great customer service! My furnace died on a Thursday and I had a new one on Monday. Mike answered my message right away when the furnace died at 830 at night. They came out the next day to look at it. All of the techs were very knowledgeable, polite and professional.!! I highly recommend them!

As a homeowner and single Mom it is rare to find companies that you can trust. I found Mike a few years ago and have come to trust him and all the services he provides. I recall about 5 years ago when I was still renting we woke up in a home with no heat. Unable to locate my landlord at the time I called on Mike for support. Not only did he arrive in what seemed a matter of minutes he fixed the problem and was not worried about the cost. His goal was to fix the problem and have us taken care of. I will continue to refer not only my friends but my clients as well. At the end of the day I know Mike will always do what is best.

We had the pleasure of meeting Mike and the Diamond Mechanical crew early last summer and contracted them to Install a new Mitsubishi Mini Split system for us. When Mike came to install the new system, he made himself available to also move our connection for the propane that feeds the house and moved our power vent for our boiler to a new location. This was all needed in a relatively short time so that we could meet code for the structural changes we were making. Now after roughly 9 months, two days ago that same boiler started pouring out onto the utility room floor and yesterday the Diamond Mechanical team showed up and repaired the issue. So in less than 24 hours later we were back to business as usual. Mike and his "Mechanics" have been very responsive and done a great job for us. I would highly recommend Diamond Mechanical to anyone for their HVAC needs.

Just moved to the area and our thermostats were not connecting to the boiler. Mike was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue by looking at some pictures I sent him. He went above and beyond, calling us at 6:30 PM with instructions on how to fix the issue. Would absolutely recommend working with Diamond Mechanical.
